More than just an office
Working from home has many advantages – no question: less commuting, more flexibility, more focus. And yet we are proud of our office. Because for us, it’s more than just a workplace: it’s a place to come together, for exchange and for collaboration.
Our office is a place forcollaboration, teamwork and creativity. The collab rooms and the rooftop terrace are not only places where ideas come to life, but also places for creative work in workshops, sharing exciting projects and the perfect location to celebrate successes. After work, there are get-togethers with a barbecue, cold drinks or yoga at the end of the day 😉.
So we always have a well-stocked drinks fridge, a muesli bar and the latest and best equipment at our workstations to help us work efficiently and creatively.
So yes, working from home has its advantages. But we are happy to have our office because it reflects our culture and is an important part of our working life. After all, Halvotec is not just about work, but also about shared successes and working together.

As an IT company, we naturally celebrate topics such as Clean Code, Progressive Web Apps and Dev Discussions. But just as important to us are subject-specific topics or formats such as IT security sessions, Fuckup Nights or workshops on self-organization.
