Our internal Academy which covers technical and social topics, is designed to make us even better together. In addition, self-organized activities such as hikes or beer garden evenings encourage open exchange and strengthen our team spirt.

Our story
What began as a project between friends in a small student apartment became a shared vision: to help companies to find their way into the digital future.
Over the course of 25 years, this young team of creative and ambitious minds has grown into a successful group of companies with over 80 employees.
With product and technical expertise in the finance and education sectors, as well as numerous digitalization projects in a wide range of industries.
But we are not only characterized by professional competence, our focus is on personal and professional growth as well as strong team spirit.
With creative and solution-driven approaches, we continuously move our customers forward. This also applies to us: regular training and workshops as well as access to the latest technology, are part of everyday at the Halvotec Group.
We create digital solutions - and are constantly evolving. As a team and with our customers.
Digital Experts are our specialists for cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central and digital workflows. They develop customized software solutions, help companies to introduce digital workplaces and support the digitalization of business processes.
The RIOS Solutions team supports educational institutions in their day-to-day administration with its proprietary software development RIOS and is the market leader in this field.
