Application process
1. Receipt of your application
You can easily and conveniently upload your documents online using our application form. The application form is integrated in all of our job advertisements. After submitting your documents, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. Alternatively, you can apply even more easily using your LinkedIn profile. Click on the button next to the application form.
2. Our screening process
For each application, we contact the relevant department internally to discuss whether your profile matches the position. This usually takes 1–2 weeks, after which we will get back to you. If we have any questions in the meantime, we ask you to have a short 5–10 minutes call with us.
3. Initial interview
A potential match? Then we are happy to get to know each other better. Our first interview usually takes place virtually via MS Teams. In this hour, we want to learn more about your experience and expertise, but also find out whether you fit into the team personally and with your strengths. Of course, we will also provide you with all the important details about the position so that you can get an accurate picture of us. We plan enough time to answer all your questions and look forward to an interesting exchange with you.
4. Coding case / Case study
However, in order to better assess your expertise and strengths, we carry out a coding case after the first interview with developers. This helps us to classify your technical skills and place you in our career levels, including salary. This usually takes 1.5 hours and will be discussed with you directly afterwards. The technical requirements for the test are: Visual Studio installed, the Teams desktop app for screen sharing and a working camera and microphone.
For non-technical roles, you will receive a business case instead, in which you can demonstrate your professional expertise and approach as well as present it in a short presentation during our personal meeting.
5. Meeting in person
If you are still interested, we will prepare a personal meeting soon. Previously, you will receive a Predictive Index, which provides a better assessment of our mutual goals and expectations. The results and any final questions about the position and the skills will then be discussed in detail in a personal interview to clarify any outstanding issues.
6. Decision
After our interviews, we should know everything about each other that is important for a potential business relationship. We usually get back to you very quickly. If both sides think we are a good match, we will send you your contract offer online and prepare everything for your onboarding.
