After internal consultation with the relevant department regarding the potential match between your profile and the position, we will contact you again. This usually takes place within 1 to 2 weeks.

First acquaintance

Now it’s getting exciting! We want to get to know you better and will ask you a few questions about your previous experience. You are welcome to prepare relevant examples to show how well the position suits you. Of course, we will also prepare information for you to present the position to you in detail. The interview usually takes about 1 hour and we have planned enough time to answer all your open questions. To minimize the effort for you, the first meeting can also take place virtually. In this case, you will receive a dial-in link from us in advance via MS Teams.

Get to know each other personally

If you are still interested after the first meeting, we will arrange a personal meeting in the near future. We will go into more detail about the position and answer any final questions you may have. Software developers (m/f/d) will be given a technical task either as part of the video or face-to-face interview. This helps us to classify your technical skills and place you in our career levels, including salary.

Decision

After the conversations listed above, we should know everything about each other that is important to us for a potential collaboration. As a rule, we will give you feedback very quickly and – hopefully – make you an offer. We will agree when we can actually get in touch with you at the end of our personal meeting.
