Pupils

We train apprentices to become IT specialists for application development (m/f/d). Halvotec also offers the possibility of a dual study program with in-depth practical experience at the TH Rosenheim.
Students
At Halvotec, students have the opportunity to gain career-relevant experience at an early stage and to combine theory and practice.
As a working student, intern or as part of a thesis, you will find various areas of employment with us, for example in software development, HR, sales, consulting or project management.

Our further training program
With regard to further training opportunities, we use the internal career levels to show our employees transparently which skills and performance profiles are required in the various positions.
This is not just about traditional, vertical careers. It is also possible to develop into a technical expert or into another area - for example from development to consulting.
Discussing the current state of development as well as individual career aspirations and prospects is a central component of our annual employee appraisals. As a result, further training is tailored specifically to our employees and their development.

Halvotec Academy
The Halvotec Academy is another important pillar in terms of further training and is almost an institution. Strongly influenced and driven by the Halvoteccies themselves, training courses and exchanges on specialist topics take place here on average twice a month.

But there is much more on the agenda. There have already been sessions on geoinformatics, search engines and ranking algorithms or self-organization. Soft skills training is not neglected either.
Incidentally, the highlights are Academy events that revolve around food. "From bun to burger" with the Grillcademy or a whole afternoon of code challenges followed by steaks at Code'n'Grill.
